Discussion point: Director’s Report
Decision/Vote(s): Staff updated OCAC Board on recent activities, including Fall 2012
grant information, Hillsborough Historic District July, 2012 Minutes, new OCAC website.
Action Item: None

Discussion point: Report from Liaisons Present
Decision/Vote(s): Martha Shannon reported on the August 2012 CHOCVB meeting;
Andrea Riley reported on the Cultural Center in Hillsborough.
Action Item: None
Topic D
Discussion point: Report of Nominating Committee for New Officers
Decision/Vote(s): Nominating Committee presented a partial slate of new officers
(Alice Levinson as Chair and Cher Tuskey as Secretary). Vice Chair position is TBD.
Action Item: Alice Levinson was voted in as Chair; Cher Tuskey was voted in as
Secretary. Nominating Committee will present a nomination for Vice Chair at the
October meeting.
