Discussion point: Approval of February, 2012 minutes
Decision/Vote(s): Approved
Action Item: None
Topic B
Discussion point: Director’s Report
Decision/Vote(s): Discussed use of “Contract Services” line item funds ($500)
from FY12 budget.
Action Item: Will schedule a facilitated Board Retreat to re-examine goals from
previous retreat and update new board members.
Topic C
Discussion point: Public Art Project
Decision/Vote(s): Gordon Jameson and Andrea Riley reported on possible sites
behind new County Court building in Hillsborough.
Action Item: Will get photos of site to staff so mock-ups can be made of
Waller-Foushee sculpture on site.
Topic D
Discussion point: Ad Hoc committee reports
Decision/Vote(s): Orange County Cultural Center has hired a part -time director.
Gordon reported on FRANK gallery fundraiser/Gala, April 21, 2012.
