Re: ORANGE COUNTY JURY COMMISSIONER BOB HALL
Dear Ms. Baker:
I bring to your attention the expiration of the term of Mr. Bob Hall, the appointee of the Board of County
Commissioners to the Orange County Jury Commission. As you know, I do not serve on the jury commission, but
my office is charged with providing clerical support to it. My conversations with our staff and my personal
experience having known Mr. Hall for many years in a professional capacity, lead me to conclude he has proven to
be a competent and conscientious member of our Jury Commission. Given that this is my first time providing
support to the Commission, I would greatly appreciate drawing on the experience Mr. Hall has with the process.
Please share my endorsement of Mr. Hall for reappointment by the Orange County Board of Commissioners to the
Orange County Jury Commission for the term beginning retroactively to July 1, 2019.
Sincerely,
/s/Mark J. Kleinschmidt
