PURPOSE: To consider one change in the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar
for year 2001.
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40, the Board of County
Commissioners must fix the time and place of its meetings or provide a notice of any change in
the Regular Meeting Schedule. This change will add a meeting to the calendar for March 29,
2001 at 7:30 p.m. at the Southern Human Services Center in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends that the Board amend their regular
meeting calendar by adding a work session for March 29, 2001 at 7:30 p.m. in the Southem
Human Services Center in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
