THIS MODIFICATION OF LEASE ( " Modification " ) made and entered into this day of
2019 by and between Churton Grove Center, LLC , as represented by its duly authorized
agent , Avison Young — NC, LLC , located at 100 Europa Drive Suite 190 , Chapel Hill , North Carolina 27517
( hereinafter referred to as " Landlord " ) and Orange County, a political subdivision of the State of North
Carolina , ( hereinafter referred to as "Tenant " ) .
WITNESSETH
Recitals :
Whereas Landlord and Tenant entered into that certain Lease Agreement dated February 25 ,
2019 in connection with certain premises situated and being in Orange County and the State of North
Carolina being more particularly described in said Lease Agreement ; and
Whereas Tenant has leased the demised premises as such is fully described in said Lease
Agreement ; and
Whereas , Landlord and Tenant desire to extend the Lease Agreement by amending its Terms .
Now , therefore , the Landlord and Tenant hereto hereby agree as follows .
Terms .
1 . The recitals herein are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Modification .
2 . The expiration date of the Lease is hereby extended and shall be January 31 , 2020 .
3 . In all other respects said Lease Agreement shall remain in full force and effect unchanged and
shall not be altered in any other way by this Modification .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , the County and Tenant hereto have executed this Modification of Lease the
day and year first above written .
