groomed and happy. Multiple residents
complimented the care and kindness provided by
staff.

provided by staff. Their clothes were neatly
folded and freshly cleaned.

personal achievements and individuality of the
residents. Most rooms are decorated and
common areas full of resident pictures, staff
pictures, and decorations honoring veterans.
14. A resident complained about the call bell not
being monitored by staff. The resident previously
addressed this with management and it’s been
resolved.

We addressed with staff the importance of having a backup generator,
should the power be unavailable. The power has gone out on multiple
occasions because inclement weather. We will continue to raise this issue
until a resolution is made.
No Discuss items from “Areas of Concern” Section as
well as any changes observed during the visit
No issues were raised, other than the lack of a
power generator. Generally, the facility is in great
order and the residents’ rights appear to be
upheld.
