Call to Order 7:32 II. Additions or Changes to Agenda 7:34 III. Approval of Draft Minutes – August 12, 2019 The CFE will consider approval of minutes from the last meeting. Action needed (Attachment 1) 7:35 IV. State of Environment 2019 – Approval of Content The CFE will approve final edits to the 2019 State of the Environment Report. Coordinated Environmental Summit- Next Steps The CFE will discuss planning for this joint event with the Eno-New Hope Landscape Conservation Group, which will include the State of the Environment 2019 and Landscape Connectivity Plan, currently slated for November 22. 8:25 VI. Planning and Development Process - Update Bouma will update the commission on environmental policies and updates of the Planning Department 8:35 VII. State Climate Change Initiative and Electric Vehicles- Update Bouma will present materials and discuss the Executive Order 80: North Carolinas Commitment to Address Climate Change and Transition to a Clean Energy Economy. 8:45 VIII. Updates and Information Items Staff and/or CFE members will provide updates on the following items: ¾ Climate Council (Bouma will provide an update on formation of this group) ¾ Quarter-Cent Property Tax for Climate Action Initiative - Update ¾ Any other new information from CFE members and staff 9:00 IX.
