Dear Robert:
This letter is to serve as our work order request for the subject task. A scope of work and lump sum fee
proposal is presented below.
Scope of Work
At the request of the County, Draper Aden will provide an estimate of the total volume of air space used
at the construction and demolition landfill (C&D Landfill) on Eubanks Road. In order to complete this
task, DAA will use the survey conducted at the landfill on March 19, 2019, by DAA, to compare to the
design base grades of the landfill to determine the amount of fill that has been placed since the
landfill's inception.
Fee Estimate
Fees are set forth on a lump sum basis, and will be billed based upon estimated percent complete. The
estimated fee for this project as identified in the Scope of Services is proposed as follows:

TOTAL $630
Work will be conducted in accordance with this proposal and the existing contract between Orange
County, hereinafter referenced as "County", and Draper Aden Associates, hereinafter referenced as
"Engineer".
