Beginning on the effective date of this Addendum,the Term of the Agreement F II be extended for an additional or ginal term yew(s)until
and will continue thereafter for additional original term year periods)unless terminated by either party,by
written notice,at least thirty(30)days prior to the end of the Term or any subsequent one year period. All other terms,conditions,
and obligations in the Agreement shall continue in lull force and effect.
