PURPOSE: To consider making one reappointment to the Nursing Home Community Advisory
Committee.
BACKGROUND: The term of Mario Battigelli will expire on 06/30/2005. He wishes to be
reappointed and he is eligible. If reappointed, he will be serving a second full term, ending
06/30/2008.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making one reappointment to the Nursing Home Community
Advisory Committee, as the Board may desire.
