PURPOSE: To consider making one reappointment to the Board of Social Services
BACKGROUND: The term of Rosetta Wash will expire on 06/30/2005, She wishes to be
reappointed and she is eligible. If reappointed, Ms. Wash will be serving a second full term,
ending 06/30/2008.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None,
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making one reappointment to the Board of Social Services, as the
Board may desire.

Here is my info:
Rosetta Wash does wish to be reappointed by the Commissioners. She has attended all of our board
Harold is not the HSAC rep, the DSS Board has identified Joe Robbins to be their representative. I
thought Joe said he had already received meeting notices.

I understand that I shouldn't worry about reappointing Harold Russell, Thank You for that information,
-However, if he has been attending HSAC meeting since Rosetta Wash resigned from that position then
he needs to be appointed to that position. If that is the case, please send me an email saying that the Bd,
of Social Services recommends Harold for the DSS position on HSAC,
-Also, if Rosetta Wash wishes to be reappointed to the Bd of Social Services then I will need her
attendance records for the past year and a letter stating that she is a member in good standing and that
she wishes to be reappointed.
