I m a dog owner and aficionado, but I ve also been the recipient of a nasty dog bite and have been exposed to the animal control/reporting side of things. I think it takes a very special kind of person to listen to these kinds of issues with an open mind while also being cognizant of what could happen, but we as a community need strong folks who can be independent and impartial.
