agreement have already begun or been completed please briefly describe the nature of the emergency condition that
was addressed: The Visitors Bureau Advisory Board selected Clean Design after ending our relationship with our
previous agency sooner than expected. We entered into a 90 day contract with Clean Design while the board
completed their process and in order to move forward with our campaign seamlessly we continued to work with
them after February 28 while this contract was being approved. The County Manager's Office is aware of this.
