McAdams Company, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as "Provider"). WITNESSETH: THAT WHEREAS, the County and Provider entered into a contract dated M a y 2 , 2017 (internally designated as 2017-161-E and otherwise titled as HBO EDD, Ph. 1 W&S), for the provision of engineering design through bid services to the County (hereinafter the "Original Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the County and Provider entered into a Contract Amendment dated J u n e 1 , 2018 (internally designated as 2018-200-E and otherwise titled as Contract Amendment #1), for the provision of additional geotechnical investigation services to the County (hereinafter referred to as "Amendment #1); and WHEREAS, the County and Provider entered into a Contract Amendment dated September 10, 2018 (internally designated as 2018-563-E and otherwise titled as Contract Amendment #2), for the provision of "Additional Cost Opinion for Updated Construction Drawings" to the County (hereinafter referred to as "Amendment #2); and WHEREAS, the County and Provider desire to modify the Original Agreement while keeping in effect all terms and conditions of the Original Agreement not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth below. NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration for the mutual covenants and agreements made in the Original Agreement and herein, the parties agree to amend the Original Agreement as follows: 1. The Original Agreement's termination date in Section 4(a) shall be revised to June 30, 2019. 2. Except for the changes made herein, the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect to the extent it is not inconsistent with this Amendment.
