Will this change order impact the date of substantial completion?❑ Yes❑ No. If yes,the amended date of substantial Q� completion is: Full Description of Change:This change request is to for providing additional topographic survey data for two additional areas as defined in the sketches provided by the Project Engineer for the Hwy 70 tracts.This includes additional field survey of the two defined areas, including stream buffers and Wetlands in two foot contour intervals,show"Canopy Trees"required by the Town of Hillsborough LIDO, payment and any other obserable features which may impact design.Second area(south of US 70)show the US 70 Right of Way and off- site property lines,two foot contour intervals,show"Canopy Trees"required by the Town of Hillsborough LIDO,overhead and underground utilities,to the extent the latter may be shown based on markings by 911,drives,pavement markings,storm/sewer structures within rim,invert and pipe data,all above ground appurtenances for existing water lines and any observable features which may impact design. Reason for Change: The original contract was written for the standard survey work to be performed on the tracts of land purchased by Orange County.The engineers found that additional information would be required to continue with the design in order to reflect all utilities,Wet lands,stream buffers,and other items required by the Town of Hillsborough LIDO.
