Malinowski (hereinafter referred to as"Provider"). WITNESSETH: THAT WHEREAS, the County and Provider entered into a contract dated February 1 , 2019 (internally designated as 2019-057), for the provision of services to the County(hereinafter the "Original Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the County and Provider desire to modify the Original Agreement while keeping in effect all terms and conditions of the Original Agreement not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth below. NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration for the mutual covenants and agreements made in the Original Agreement and herein, the parties agree to amend the Original Agreement as follows: 1. Pursuant to item 3 in Section 3 Basic Services, additional erosion control matting and permanent seeding services shall be performed as further described in the attached "Additional Erosion Control Matting" (Attachment F). 2. Pursuant to item 3 in Section 3 Basic Services, the cost of the additional work shall be unit price of $289 per 1,000 square feet of erosion control matting and permanent seeding. 3. The compensation for the additional work included in this Amendment shall not exceed Two Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Nine and 9/10 Dollars ($2,629.90). 4. The Original Agreement's maximum amount payable for Basic Services compensation in Section 5(a) shall be revised accordingly from "Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Seven and 1/2 Dollars ($9,967.50)" to "Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Seven and 4/10 Dollars ($12,597.40)". 5.
