COUNTY OF ORANGE LEASE AGREEMENT RENEWAL
WHEREAS, a lease agreement was made and entered into as of the 5th day of June, 1989 by and between Orange County,
hereinafter referred to as the County, and Dr. James C. Thompson and wife, Betty A. Thompson,hereinafter referred to as
the Owner, for property on Bradshaw Quarry Road to be used as a solid waste collection site.
WHEREAS, the County and the Owner wish to renew the lease agreement as amended;
NOW THEREFORE,the County and the Owner mutually agree to the following:
1. Section 2"The Lease", shall be modified to read as follows:
"The lease renewal will commence on July 1, 1999 and will continue through June 30, 2004, excepting
either the Owner or County may terminate the lease upon giving ninety days (90) written notice to the
other. County shall pay to Owner rent in the amount of$200 per month, for each and every month of the
term of this lease,payable on or before the first day of each month of the lease term."
2. All other terms and conditions shall remain the same.
This agreed to the eighteenth day of October, 1999.
