LEASE AGREEMENT
RENEWAL
NORTH CAROLINA
ORANGE COUNTY
Whereas, a lease agreement was made and entered into as of the 5th
day of July, 1985 by and between Efland Rescue Unit and Efland Volunteer Fire
Company, Inc., LESSOR, Party of the First Part, and Grange Co un , LESSEE,
,
Party of the Second Part, for premises known as the Efland Rescue Unit Building
in Efland, North Carolina.
Whereas, the LESSOR and the LESSEE mutually agree to the following:

1. The lease agreement will be continued for a period of five (5) years
to commence at 12:01 a.m. on July 1, 1995 and terminate at 12:00 midnight on
June 30, 2003.
2. The County will continue to insure the building commensurate with
policies of insurance through the county commissioners Insurance Pool;
3. Lessor or Lessee may terminate this lease upon ninety (90) days
written notice to the other.
4. All other terms and conditions shall remain the same.
This agreed to the 22nd day of June, 1998.
