SIGNATURES NORTH CAROLINA COPY - _ 3 DIST: '—B©ao COUNTY OF ORANGE LEASE RENEWAL Under the terms of a lease dated February 1, 1993, between the County of Orange and the Hillsborough Chamber of Commerce, pursuant to Section 2 of the attached lease (exhibit A), the Chamber and the County choose to renew lease for the leased premises known as the Dickson House for a period to commence upon signature of lease and continue through June 30, 1999. Section 3, Rent is modified as follows: The Chamber agrees to pay the County rent in the amount of$230 per month which is net of a monthly set-off of$141.67 per month which set-off is in consideration for the grounds and building maintenance performed by the Chamber. The net rent of$230 per month is due and payable, in advance, on the first day of each and every month and shall be paid to the County at such location as is designated by the County in writing to the Chamber. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The parties hereto have executed this Lease Renewal as of the date and year first above written.
