COUNTY OF ORANGE LEASE RENEWAL
Under the terms of a lease dated February 1, 1993, between the County of Orange and the
Hillsborough Chamber of Commerce, pursuant to Section 2 of attached lease (exhibit A), the
Chamber and the County choose to renew lease for the leased premises known as the Dickson
House for a period to commence upon signature of lease and continue through June 30, 1997.
Section 12. Repair and Maintenance is modified as follows:
Section 12.2, "County Repairs and Maintenance" is deleted and is added as section 12.3 under
"Chamber Repairs and Maintenance".
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
The parties hereto have executed this Lease Renewal as of the date and year first above written.
