Highway Commission cut the right of vrays along said road and fill in some of the holes thzt
pox exist in said road. The Roam agreed to tzke this matter un with E:r, Clarence i'lalters,
Higlrvay Supervision for this district.
Commission i'ialker was requested by the Eoard to investi3ate the matter of the meat
in spec neon ordinance,

Farmer's b`;change. 1'ne Eoard discussed Hitt: this rep the action which would be necessary in the
matter of the neat insp^.c ti on ordinance. the proposed ordinance rrh3ch had Ueen drawn try
the County Attorney ryas rend. Poth tSr. Nichols and :dr, Hogan agreed thet this ordinance was
acceptable by the Famer's Eecbange.
The County Accountant. presented the annual aunt rcoor t. to the Eoard for their inspection.
The Eoard accented the annual, audit report subject to the final audit si the 1'1. ~. Russ Compazsy,
The property value of Roy LiNhal vrs reduced., from 515,750.00 to 315,140.00 by motion of
Cormissier Stanford, seconded by Commissioner Ray, and unanimously passed,
There being no further business this meeting eras adjourned vrith plans to suet again on
