LEASE AGREEMENT RENEWAL
WHEREAS, a lease agreement was made and entered into as of the 13`h day of March 1986 by
and between Orange County, North Carolina, hereinafter referred to as the County, and Annie
D. Freeland (widow), hereinafter referred to as the Owner, for property on NC Highway 57 to be
used as a solid waste collection site. 987.x- Q% S %�2 e4~le

WHEREAS, the County and the owner wish to renew the lease agreg$*nt as amended;
NOW THEREFORE, the County and the Owner mutually agree to the following:
Section 2 "The Lease ", shall be modified to read as follows:
"The lease renewal will commence on April 1, 2001 and will continue through March 31,
2006. Owner or County may terminate the lease upon giving ninety days (90) written
notice to the other. County shall pay to Owner rent in the amount of $250 per month, for
each and every month of the renewal term of this lease, payable on or before the first
day of each month of the renewal term of this lease.
2. All other terms and conditions shall remain the same.
