Additionally, all contractors participating in the County's Rehabilitation Program are required to utilize current deconstruction and material recycling methods during the repair process. The last GDBG Scattered Site Housing Rehabilitation Program was awarded in 2001 and 14 substandard dwellings were repaired throughout the County as detailed on the enclosed map, Sealed bids were solicited from participating contractors on October 4, 2004, with a bid opening on October 26, 2004 and four bids being received. Bid results are attached, Joel Poole Home Improvements and Triple J Construction Co, submitting the lowest bids. FINANCIAL IMPACT: The 2004 CDBG Scattered Site Program provides grant funding for this program.
