addressed: Due to emergency remediation work in the Battle Courtroom to remove mold,the a/v equipment that had
been installed in the Battle Courtroom had to be moved to Courtroom 3 at the Justice Center to allow for a murder trial
to begin on time. As the installation of the AN equipment had to occur within several business days,the work
proceeded without a contract.
