CONTRACT AMENDMENT #1
ORANGE COUNTY
THIS CONTRACT AMENDMENT is made and entered into this 12th day of August, 2015 by and between ORANGE
COUNTY (hereinafter referred to as “County”) and LENOVO (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”).
WITNESSETH:
THAT WHEREAS, the County and Provider entered into a contract dated June 22, 2015 for PC Replacement Services,
(hereinafter the “Original Agreement”)(Internally referenced as 2015-260-E IT); and
WHEREAS, the County and Provider desire to amend the Original Agreement while keeping in effect all terms and
conditions of the Original Agreement not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth below.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration for the mutual covenants and agreements made herein, the parties agree to
amend the Original Agreement as follows:
1. Section 5(a) of the Agreement is modified by deleting the strikethrough language and adding the language in
bold as follows:
The maximum amount payable for Basic Services shall not exceed Thirty-Seven Thousand One Hundred and
Eighty Dollars ($37,180) Fifty Three Thousand Five Hundred and Seventy Dollars ($53,570).
2. Section 6 of the attachment, “Statement of Work”, is modified by deleting the strikethrough language and
adding the language in bold as follows:
Service Description Charge Quantity Per Unit
PC Migration Service $149.00 220 330 Per unit
Out of scope –technician hourly rate $50.00 Per hour
3. Except for the changes made herein, the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect to the extent
it is not inconsistent with this Amendment. In the event that there is a conflict between the Original
Agreement and this Amendment, this Amendment shall control.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, this Contract Amendment has been executed by the parties hereto, as of the date first
above written.
