PURPOSE: To consider two new appointments to the Orange County Arts Gommissicn.
BACKGROUND: There are two vacancies on the Arts Commission, They are both At-Large
Positions. A letter of recommendation has been received from the Arts Commission for Mr.
Robert Kintz and Ms, Rachel Lillis, Appointees would be serving partial terms.
