TERMINATION OF STATE OF EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, on the 10th Day of September, 2018 at 1500 hours, as Chairman of the Board of
Commissioners-of Orange County, I determined and declared that a State of Emergency existed within
Orange County and its incorporated jurisdictions of the Towns of Carrboro, Chapel Hill, and Hillsborough
WHEREAS, I have determined that the conditions constituting a state of emergency no longer
exists in Orange County and its incorporated jurisdictions of the Towns of Carrboro, Chapel Hill, and
Hillsborough.
NOW, THEREFORE, I hereby terminate the above referenced declaration of a state of emergency
and all the restrictions and orders contained therein
This declaration is effective September 20, 2018.
DECLARED this the 20th Day of September, 2018 at 1230 hours.
