CGCC history wall amendment DocuSign Envelope ID: BDB1A4FB-EA01-42EA-86AE-3614105F82D5 NORTH CAROLINA ORANGE COUNTY CONTRACT AMENDMENT #2 THIS CONTRACT AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 10th day of October 2018 by and between ORANGE COUNTY (hereinafter referred to as "County") and Design Dimensions, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as"Provider"). WITNESSETH: THAT WHEREAS, the County and Provider entered into a contract dated 3 May, 2017 (titled Cedar Grove Exhibit and internally designated as 2017- 228), for the provision of services (Phase 2 final exhibit design services) to the County (hereinafter the "Original Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the parties modified that Original Agreement through a written amendment dated February 26, 2418 (titled Contract Amendment#1); and WHEREAS, the County and Provider desire to further modify the Original Agreement while keeping in effect all terms and conditions of the Original Agreement and Contract Amendment #1 not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth below. NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration for the mutual covenants and agreements made in the Original Agreement and herein, the parties agree to amend the Original Agreement as follows. I. The Term of the Original Agreement is hereby extended to December 31, 2018. 2. Except for the changes made herein, the Original Agreement shall remain in frill force and effect to the extent it is not inconsistent with this Amendment.
