Additions or Changes to the Agenda PUBLIC CHARGE The Board of Commissioners pledges its respect to all present. The Board asks those attending this meeting to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous manner toward each other, county staff and the commissioners. At any time should a member of the Board or the public fail to observe this charge, the Chair will take steps to restore order and decorum. Should it become impossible to restore order and continue the meeting, the Chair will recess the meeting until such time that a genuine commitment to this public charge is observed. The BOCC asks that all electronic devices such as cell phones,pagers, and computers should please be turned off or set to silent/vibrate. Please be kind to everyone. Arts Moment-Anne Anthony is a writer who lives in Chapel Hill. Her prose and poetry have been published in The North Carolina Literary Review, Poetry South, Prime Magazine, Dead Mule School for Southern Literature and elsewhere. Her short stories have appeared in several short story collections. In March of 2018, Anne released an anthology of flash fiction which she edited. The book, The Collection: Flash Fiction for Flash Memory, includes original fiction by forty-nine writers, twelve of whom live in North Carolina. The first of its kind, she created the anthology of 60 short stories between 500 and 750 words to extend the reading life of adults experiencing memory changes. She dedicated the book to her mother who had been a life-long reader until memory loss stole her capacity to hold on to the narrative thread. Anne is the former Orange County representative and a continuing member of the North Carolina Writers' Network. She has most recently presented a workshop during the group's 2018 Spring Conference in Greensboro. 2.
