Dear Kevin:
At your request we offer this proposal for professional land surveying services for construction
staking of the above-mentioned project. This proposal is based upon a CAD file provided on August
21, 2018 by Draper Aden Associates.
A.SCOPE OF SERVICES
We will provide one-time construction stakeout for the following items, which be performed over 1 visit
to the site. The scope of services to be provided includes research, field surveys and office computation
to provide the following:
x Establish/Recover Horizontal and Vertical control
x Stake, flag or paint limits of Phase 1 Cell every 100 LF (+/-)
x Construction Plan Review, Point Computations and Processing, QA/AC
x Project Management
B.FEES
Fees set forth below are on a Lump Sum (LS) basis unless otherwise noted and will be billed monthly
based on our estimate of percent complete per task. Only the Scope of Services items listed below
are included in the lump sum fees. Services not contained within our original scope of work will only
be completed with authorization from Orange County Solid Waste Management.

C.DELIVERABLES
Our deliverables will include: There is no deliverable on this task other than the marked cell boundary
in the field.
D.ASSUMPTIONS / LIMITATIONS
This proposal is based on the following assumptions:
The scope of services does not include the preparation of as-built plats/record drawings, easement
plats, existing condition, boundary surveys or foundation surveys.

proposal for surveying services. If this proposal meets with your approval, please sign the
Authorization to Proceed below and return it to us. Please keep a copy of the proposal for your
records. Please note that it is the policy of Draper Aden Associates that no deliverables or other
products of service will be submitted without a formal agreement between parties or written
authorization acknowledging the scope of work and fees associated with the proposed work. We
appreciate your efforts toward this end. We look forward to working with you on this project.
