Yes Areas of Concern Exit Summary None. We discussed in the exit interview that there seemed to be more rooms empty than on previous visits. Laurie confirmed and said she was not sure why that was. The CAC met with Administrator Laurie Sawyer and expressed our impressions that everything seemed excellent, including all of the activity from staff and patients in the memory care section. In January the CAC did not visit because of the large number of residents who had the flu. They still are on alert concerning this and requested we wash our hands between rooms and if we touched residents to wash our hands before we touch the next resident. They are trying very hard to get the facility "germ" free. They have a higher number of empty beds than they would like to have and are not sure of the reason for that. There are no conflicts among residents that we noted and this was confirmed.
