While the services of FSr. Pone were available to Orange County for only e short
d od, from December, 19$6 to August, 1957, L`r. Pone had alre ¢dy demonstrsted his
Brest Sn and Israsp of county government and his untimely passing is a great loss
Orange County.
That a cony of this resolution be snre¢d upon the minutes of this meeting end

Upon motion of Coimnissi oner Stanford, Sam Idagill of Chanel Hill was anpoieted
serve a two (Z) year term on the Greater Chapel Hill Fire District 3oard.
Upon motl on of Commissioner St ant ord, seconded by Commissioner X¢lker and
numously approved, the Register of Deeds was authorized to turn over to the
ertment of Archives end liis tort' is Ra1c-i gh, N. C., all documents of ~eui ty in
Re Sister of Deeds' Office.
