3 The regular scheduled meeting of the Human Services Advisory Commission was held
4 on Monday, March 22, 1999 at 5:30 pm in the Southern Human Services Center,
5 Homestead Road, Chapel Hill, NC.

16 MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 15, 1999 The minutes of the last meeting were not
17 discussed. They will be discussed at the April 19, 1999 meeting.

19 REVIEW OF APPLICATIONS FOR FUNDING FROM AGENCIES

21 Assistant County Manager, Albert Kittrell, handed out the applications from non -
22 governmental, non - profit agencies who have applied to the County for funding.

24 The members divided in to groups and reviewed the applications and made comments
25 on the evaluation form provided by Mr. Kittrell.

28 There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m. The next regularly
29 scheduled meeting of the Human Services Advisory Commission will be held on
30 Monday, April 19, 1999 at 5:30 p.m. at the Southern Human Services Center,
31 Homestead Road, Chapel Hill, NC.
