In the break out groups, each group will decided whether they would rather:
TWO OPTIONS:
(1.) Review the applications this evening and hand them all back into the County
Manager's Staff this evening,

(2.) Set a date as a small break out group to meet in the next week to review the
applications, and then return them to the County Manager's office by April 5, 2001.
