Steps to production and presentation of Final Report to the Board of County
Commissioners — Sharron Hinton
A rough draft of the tapes from the Forum has been typed up by the Minutes Preparer for the
Clerk's office. This was completed on October 12, 2001. The rough draft will now be
developed into a Final Report, which is targeted for HSAC review at the November 19th
meeting.
Staff expects that at the annual Board of Commissioners Retreat in early December, 2001,
reports from Orange County Advisory Boards will be given.
In that case, if the HSAC could approve the Final Report at the November meeting, it could be
presented to the Board of County Commissioners at its Annual Retreat.
