o Confer with Animal Services Advisory Board (ASAB) regarding “my dog scenarios”
o Contact Aimee Wahl, UNC School of Government, regarding key issues

• Hypotheticals from the ASAB
Clarification of observations about the appeals body
• November
o Review and incorporate Commissioner written comments (see above)
o Consider and work through “my dog scenarios”
o Meet with and/or obtain feedback from Professor Wahl
Annette, Bob and ASAB Chair and/or Vice-Chair
• December
o Prepare necessary revisions of the proposed ordinance

o Present revised proposed ordinance to Animal Services Advisory Board
o Make further revisions as needed
