BACKGROUND: The terms of Ms. Lucia Casabo, Ms Pat Vandiviere, and Christina Harlan will expire on March 31, 2005. They wish to be reappointed and they are eligible, If reappointed, Ms. Casabo and Ms. Harlan will be serving first full terms and Ms. Vandiviere will be serving her second full term.
