RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE ORANGE COUNTY HOME
COMMUNITY HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION (CHDO)
SET -ASIDE AWARD
BE IT RESOLVED, the Orange County Board of Commissioners, as a member of the Orange
County HOME Consortium, approves the following CHDO Set -Aside activity as it relates to the
remaining FY 2016 project funds and FY 2013 operating funds:
Homeownership Assistance
Funds will be allocated to the Community Home Trust (CHT) to provide first -time homebuyer
financial assistance for up to five (5) homebuyers earning less than 80% of the Area Median
Income. Funds will also be used to defray CHT's operating expenses as it relates to the sale of
the units.
(Requested amount: $63,200.30)

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Manager is hereby authorized to execute the
agreement with Community Home Trust (CHT) after consultation with the County Attorney.
