PURPOSE: To consider making one new appointment to the Orange County Planning Board.
BACKGROUND: The second term of Grawfurd Goodwin will expire on March 31, 2005. At
that time there will be a vacancy on the Orange County Planning Board, When appointed, the
new appointee will be serving a first full term, which will end on March 31, 2008.
