PURPOSE: To receive a brief presentation from Tom Heffner, Chair of the ABC Board, and to
respond to any questions.
BACKGROUND: Based on requests by several commissioners, Mr. Heffner will provide a brief
presentation on ABC Board activities and operations to the Board and will respond to any
questions.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the presentation
and to provide any questions or comments to Mr, Heffner.
