PURPOSE: To consider one change in the County Commissioners' regular meeting calendar
for the year 2005,
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-40, the Board of County
Commissioners must fix the time and place of its meetings or provide a notice of any change in
the Regular Meeting Schedule,
The Board of County Commissioners will consider amending their regular meeting schedule by
changing the date of the Clerk's annual evaluation from May 31, 2005 to June 2, 2005 at 5:30
p,m, at the Government Services Center in Hillsborough, N.C, (prior to the 7:30pm BOCC
Budget Public Hearing at F. Gordon Battle Courtroom in Hillsborough, North Carolina.)
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends that the Board amend their regular
meeting calendar by changing the date of the Clerk's annual evaluation from May 31, 2005 to
June 2, 2005 at 5:30 p,m. at the Government Services Center in Hillsborough, N.C. (prier to the
7:30pm BOCC Budget Public Hearing at F. Gordon Battle Courtrcam in Hillsborough, North
Carolina,)
