PURPOSE: To consider making one reappointment to the Information Technology Advisory
Committee,
BACKGROUND: The Information Technology Advisory Committee is recommending the
reappointment of Jane Sparks, whose first term on Information Technology Advisory Committee
expired on December 31, 2004. If reappointed, Ms. Sparks would be serving her second full
term, which would end on Dec, 31, 2007.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making one reappointment to the Information Technology
Advisory Committee, as the Board may desire.
