PURPOSE: To consider making one reappointment to the Hyconeechee Regional Library Board
of Directors.
BACKGROUND: Gloria Jennings Shanklin was appointed to the Hyconeechee Regional Library
Board of Directors an October 25, 2004 to serve a partial term, ending March 31, 2005.. She wishes to
be reappointed and she is eligible. If reappointed, Ms, Shanklin would be serving her first full term,
which would end March 31, 2008.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None,
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making one reappointment to the Hyconeechee Regional Library
Board of Directors, as the Board desires.

Monica,
Gloria Shanklin was appointed to the Hyconeechee Regional Library Board in October 2004. The board
met once in January, and she was present. We would like to have Ms Shanklin appointed to a full-term of
three years,
Virginia Drill is currently serving the role of Chair of the Hyconeechee Regional Library Board. Ms. Drill is
a member in good standing and has been present at the last 8 of 9 meetings. Please reappoint her to the
board for another term of three years.
