and Master Plan)
October-November 2005 Master Plan presented to County and Town BoC for
review/approval

One month after Master
Plan Approval (MPA) Land swap reviewed and considered. County BOCC
approves submittal of site plan for pazk
3 months after MPA Site plan considered and approved by Town
8 months after MPA Park construction/biddocumenu prepared, bids solicited and
received
9 months after MPA Bid award to BOCC for action
10 months after MPA Pazk Construction begins
22 months after MPA Park opening (tentative)
