PURPOSE: To consider making new appointments to the Twin Creeks Master Plan Work
Group,
BACKGROUND: This group has been given the following charge:
Utilize the October 2004 (Design #2) draft Master Plan far Twin Creeks Park and Educational
Campus to undertake only the following changes:
1, Look at relocating/redesigning the proposed Elementary School #10 to the southeastern
portion of the site (east of .Jones Creek currently shown as "Future Educational Facility')
2, Keep the four soccer field configuration intact in the redesign
3. Consider locations for action sports facility/activities in the park
4, Look at the feasibility of relocating the "stadium field" to the south with the park
5, Address minor modifications needed as a result of the above work, for the locations of
other schools within the schools campus and park facilities within the park site
Timeframe
Report back to Board of Commissioners with revised plan by April 15, 2005

Given the short timeframe, in conducting its work the Work Group should receive only written
comments from citizens and interested parties,

RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making appointments to the Twin Creeks Master Plan Work
Group as the Board may desire.
