PURPOSE: To consider making one reappointment to the Orange County/ Chapel HiII Visitor's
Bureau.
BACKGROUND: The Town of Hillsborough is seeking to reappoint Frances Dancy, whose first
term on Orange County/ Chapel HiII Visitor's Bureau expired on December 31, 2004. The Clerk's
office has received a letter of recommendation from the Town of Hillsborough for Ms. Dancy. If
reappointed, Ms. Dancy would be serving her second full term, which would end on Dec. 31,
2007.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making ane reappointment to the Orange County/ Chapel Hill
Visitor's Bureau, as the Board may desire.
