PURPOSE: To consider making one new appointment to the Commission for the Environment.
BACKGROUND: The term of Ms. Laura Cotterman expired on December 31, 2004. She is not
seeking reappointment, therefore, there is one At-Large vacancy on the Commission for the
Environment.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making one new appointment to the Commission for the
Environment, as the Board may desire.
