BACKGROUND: There is one vacant Hillsborough Chamber of Commerce position. The Clerk's Office has received a recommendation from the Hillsborough Chamber of Commerce for Rachel Hawkins. If appointed Ms. Hawkins would be serving a partial term, which will end on December 31, 2005. FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
