a. Second step of Local Landmark Application process for the
Nicholas Corbett Hester House, Part 2: final review by HPC
following SHPO review and motion to recommend that BOCC
designate as a landmark (Attachment 3: for new members only;
existing members please use hard copy handed out on 10/28)
b. Review of procedure for the HPC’s joint public hearing with the
BOCC on Dec. 15th
c. Adoption of a meeting calendar for 2016 (Attachment 4)

a. Annual Report and Work Plan due in December 2015; review of
draft of 2015 Annual Report (Attachment 5)
8:15 6. Updates and Informational Items
a. Historic Resources Survey Update Project status
b. Open air time for other new information by members/staff
8:30 7. Staff presentation and discussion (time permitting):
a. New properties being proposed for the National Register Study
List as a result of Phase I of the survey update project (list will be
handed out at meeting)
