a. Consideration of Draft Landmark Application for the Nicholas
Corbett Hester in Cedar Grove (Attachment 2)
b. Request to change next meeting date from December 9th to
December 2nd to make it possible for BOCC to designate Hester
House as a landmark at their Dec. 15th meeting
7:45 5. Discussion Items:
a. Annual Report and Work Plan due in December 2015; review of
2014 Annual Report as first step for 2015 report (Attachment 3)
b. Membership update: pending BOCC action relating to HPC
membership and consideration of new application for preservation
architect position on the HPC (Attachment 4)
8:15 6. Updates and Informational Items
a. Hackney House landmark application in progress again
b. Open air time for other new information by members/staff
8:30 7. Staff presentation and discussion (time permitting):
a. Orange County historic resources: PowerPoint presentation of
properties/resources documented in existing survey as of 2006-7.
